About Us

At goCommute, we provide innovative solutions to reduce the number of cars on the road, both for commuters and employers alike.

Our mission is to assist in the continued efforts to decrease traffic congestion and greenhouse emissions in southeastern Virginia by reducing the number of Single Occupancy Vehicles (SOV’s) commuting to work through ridesharing.

We encourage using public transportation, carpooling and vanpooling, biking, walking, and teleworking, and establishing employer transportation programs and incentives.
